Houston-based registered investment advisor Americana Partners has acquired NRT Consulting, a full-service consulting and accounting firm that provides services for oil and gas companies. NRT Consulting, founded in 2018 by Chris Ginsbach, Leah Primera, and Katie Rossman, also offers a range of services for family offices, real estate funds, and startups. As part of the acquisition, NRT Consulting’s capabilities will be integrated into Americana Partners’ suite of tools and will be offered as a distinct service line, Americana said. Americana Partners’ latest addition marks its third acquisition overall, following its acquisition of Nashville-based Goodpasture Gray, which manages over $300 million in total client assets. “Merging NRT with Americana is a very natural fit and gives us another service offering for our existing clients,” Chris Ginsbach, president of NRT Consulting, said. “It allows us to grow with intention: finding the right client that understands the need for accurate and timely financials. We thrive on helping people meet their goals by helping them do what they do best with the company or their family wealth.” Recently, Americana Partners tapped Mike Mitchell to lead the firm as its CFO, where Mitchell will oversee the firm’s financial strategy and provide leadership across its financial operations. Americana Partners, which is part of Dynasty Financial Partners’ network of independent advisory firms, oversees more than $12.1 billion in assets under management as of January 31, the firm said.
